Indiabulls Housing Finance has sold a portion of its stake in OakNorth Holding Ltd., the wholly owning parent company of OakNorth Bank Ltd., to an existing sovereign shareholder of the Bank for ₹ 82 crores.
The company have sold partial stake in OakNorth for an aggregate amount of ₹ 522 Crores, to private equity investors, during the last one week.
The sale proceeds will be accretive to the regulatory net worth and the CRAR of the Company.
The Securities Issuance Committee of the company has approved the closure of QIP issue for an aggregate of 3.47 crore equity shares.
The issue price was fixed at INR 196.37 per equity share for a total raising of funds of INR 682.87 crores.

The Board of Directors of the company, in its meeting held today has approved the sale of entire stake of 58% held in APA Engineering Private Limited at a consideration of INR 17.40 crores.
The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (G E Shipping) signed a contract to buy a secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier of about 77,922 cbm. The 2002 Japanese built vessel is expected to join the Company’s fleet in Q3 FY21.
The Company’s current fleet stands at 46 vessels, comprising 33 tankers (11 crude carriers, 17 product tankers, 5 LPG carrier) and 13 dry bulk carriers with an average age of 12.37 years aggregating 3.70 mn dwt. The company has already contracted to sell its 1996 built Very Large Gas Carrier Jag Vidhi which will be delivered to buyers in Q3 FY21.
Ramco Systems announced that it will implement its flagship aviation software Ramco Aviation M&E MRO Suite V5.8 for the Salus Aviation Group, one of New Zealand’s largest aviation services providers.

ABB’s SCADA-based solution monitors and controls gas flow across tea estates and select industrial customers, across six districts of upper Assam. The project was awarded by Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL) and will be undertaken in two phases to cover 399 tea estates and six large industrial customers. As the state utility works towards building a sustainable gas distribution system, one of the major issues AGCL faced with was the optimization of gas flow along its extensive pipeline network ensuring gas availability per pre-defined limit even to the last-mile consumer.
ABB was able to customize and deliver a state-of-the-art SCADA and telecom solution for AGCL covering 74 tea estates and six big industrial consumers in the first phase of the project. This solution comprises of three pressure regulating stations, one bi-directional metering station along AGCL’s pipeline.ABB’s control system helps AGCL to regulate the gas flow according to the requirements of each tea estate. ABB’s pressure regulation (metering, filtration and pressure-let-down) skids, ultrasonic-based metering module solution and the advanced control system, ensure gas distribution to the last mile connection while maintaining the optimum pressure along the length of the pipeline.

Tata Consultancy Services announced that Emirates NBD, the Middle East’s leading financial services group, has successfully deployed a centralized international payments hub for multiple entities, running on TCS BaNCSTM for Payments.
Emirates NBD had selected TCS BaNCS for Payments as part of its vision to transform payments processing across all its entities covering six countries. The solution is now being used for international payments in Singapore, India, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom. In India, the solution will also process domestic payments over RTGS and NEFT, while in UAE, at Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic Bank, it will manage international payments as well as FTS for domestic clearing.
The TCS BaNCS Enterprise Payments Hub centralizes and strengthens the bank’s payments processing infrastructure across countries. This modern, high-performing solution enhances the digital experience for customers and simplifies the bank’s IT landscape.
